For Roomio users, we also store data regarding your real estate properties, tenant lists, and contracts for the purpose of providing property management services.

The collected data is used to: provide and maintain our services, process payments, send automated notifications (such as rent reminders and invoices), and improve user experience. We pledge never to sell or rent your personal data to any third parties for advertising purposes.

Roomieverse Labs implements industry-standard encryption (such as SSL/TLS) to protect data in transit. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, therefore we cannot guarantee absolute security.

2. Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Roomieverse Labs platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2.1 User Rights and Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your password. You may not use our services for any illegal purposes, including fraud, distributing malware, or copyright infringement. For Roomibase, users posting listings must ensure the authenticity of the real estate information.

2.2 Payments and Refunds

Certain services (such as the Roomio Standard plan from the 5th room or the VIP plan) require a subscription fee. Fees are billed on a recurring basis. We offer a 7-day refund policy if you are unsatisfied with the service, applicable to the first billing cycle.

2.3 Termination of Service

Roomieverse Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we discover you have severely violated these Terms or engaged in conduct detrimental to our systems or reputation.
